2. How can I create an Inquiry List when browsing your website?
Answer: First, you need to log in:
Go to https://the-baskets.com/ （Please bookmark it!）
Click the “Sign in” at the upper right corner:
Enter your email and password (Email us if you already forgot them):
Email: xxxx (your business Email)
Password: yyyy (the password we have given you)
Click Sign in and you are done!
When you find an item that you like, tick the thumbnail(s) on the left. Then click INQUIRY to put the chosen items into the Inquiry List.
For example, the 1st, 3rd, 5th items on the left will be added into the Inquiry List when you click INQUIRY.
Click "Continue the tour" to keep browsing more items.
Click "Inquiry Now" if you do not want to choose more items.
When you finished selecting, you can also click Inquiry Cart at the upper right position of the webpage:
Then all your chosen items will be shown. You can fill in a short message and send the inquiry list out by clicking "Submit".
We will receive your inquiry and then get back to you as soon as possible.

3. How to search items?
Answer: You can only search an item by its item number. Even a part of item# will be OK.
You type the item# (or part of it) in the search box, click search button, then all items that contain the searched part will show up.

Answer: Usually no. But it also depends on the dollar amount (order has to be over USD 7,000, otherwise we do not accept LCL).
Our prices are always quoted based on full container load (FCL).
If you want to order in LCL, please let us know in advance when you make an inquiry.
Surcharges will occur with LCL order as the handling costs are higher than FCL orders.
5. What are your acceptable payment terms?
Answer:
(1) 30%--50% deposit after sales confirmation is signed. Then 70% -- 50% balance against faxed copies of shipping documents.
(2) L/C at sight
6. What is your delivery time?
Answer: Usually within 60 days after deposit or L/C is received. For some items it might be quicker, while for some it might be longer. Please let us know the items and the quantity you want to order so we can give you a quote.

Answer: We attend April and October Canton Fair each year for over 30 years.
